Terms and Conditions

TERMS + CONDITIONS

By placing an order, the customer has agreed on terms and conditions on receipt of order purchased online, in person, by telephone, email or post.

Quality

All of the products are lovingly hand made, designed and finished by Solomia. Each product is thoroughly inspected by Solomia prior to dispatch to ensure a high standard is maintained.  There will be slight deviations in quality, size, and colour this cannot serve as grounds for complaint and will not be regarded as defects.

Payment

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched. Postage and packaging will be advised when order is dispatched.

Delivery

All orders are processed according to the date they are received. We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days, however during peak times this may vary. While we endeavor to hold every item in stock, sometimes due to seasonal or unforeseen demand stock may be depleted.

UK Shipping Times
  • Standard delivery – Allow 5 working days
  • Special delivery – Allow 3 working days
International shipping
  • Europe – Allow 8 working days
  • Worldwide – Allow 10 days      
Returns

We hope that you love your piece, but if you do need to return anything you can. You have 14 days to let us know if you’d like to send something back.

  • Send an email to info@solomia.co.uk to let us know if you’d like to return something.
  • Send your piece back to us making sure to include your name, a note of whether you’d like a refund or exchange and your email address.
  • Once we have the piece back we’ll email you to confirm that we have processed the refund or sent you your exchanged item.
  • We can only exchange or refund items that have reached us safely so we suggest using a tracked method of delivery.
  • We don’t pay for return postage however we will cover sending you a new item if you choose to exchange.
